1. What kinds of yoga courses are available?

– We provide Beginner to advanced level yoga, Parental yoga, special sessions for senior citizen and curing diseases, among other classes. From novices to seasoned practitioners, our programs are appropriate for all skill levels.

2. What need to I pack for my very first yoga class?

– Please dress comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat to your first class. We supply straps and blocks for yoga, but if you’d like, you are welcome to bring your own.

3. Is past experience required to enrol in the classes?

– No prior knowledge is required. All skill levels are catered to in our classes, and your guide will be based on your comfort level and experience.

4. How often should I do yoga in order to feel the effects?

– It’s critical to be consistent. It is advised to practise yoga two to three times a week in order to reap major mental, emotional, and physical advantages.

5. I have a medical issue; may I still enrol in a class?

– Sure, but before you do anything, we advise speaking with your physician. Any medical issues should be disclosed to the instructor so they can make the necessary accommodations.
